This property has a large backyard that has had very little use because of the existing design and accessibility from the main living spaces. The active family wanted to create an outdoor space that include an open playfield for sports, and relaxing outdoor space for larger gatherings and a spa area for relaxing outdoors. The design challenge is to connect all these space and overcome the challenge of making the space easily accessible.
