This project is for a hillside home with commanding views of the entire bay and Golden Gate Bridge. The compact site was originally overgrown plantings, rock mulch & boulders. It did not have functional space for entertainment and relaxation. The new space is divided into separate functions: A private hot tub area, a gathering fire pit and lounge space, and an informal pavered lower level for informal park-like relaxation. The overall space is created for the family to entertain with their kids and friends or quietly on their own.
