The project is is located on a very large site with a detached garage and cottage in the back. The design is for a young growing family so there is an emphasis on creating multiple spaces for adults, children and friends. The design includes outdoor cooking, dining, lounging areas as well as recreational space for court play and a bocce court. Additionally, the home will be enclosed with a modern front yard fence that will create a serene front yard space as well as privacy. Overall, the design will create a park-like feel with the ability for the family's kids to bike or run/walk on a developed 100 yard length looped path.
