This is a compact sized yard with awkwardly designed areas. The owners requested a design that would create a spaces for their growing young family. The spaces include an outdoor lounge, dining area, outdoor kitchen and storage. To achieve this in a tight space, the design included opening up the existing deck and using part of the existing long driveway to expand the overall area and reduce visual barriers. Also, by designing wall screens with integrated lighting and planters, an outdoor room is created both a day and night. Overall, the space will provide the family a more multi-faceted back yard.
