This progress is for a hillside home that has a spacious and wide back yard. It's current condition of sloping grades, overgrown plantings, and dilapidated hardscape has rendered the backyard virtually unusable. The new design will involve creating flat space that will allow the family to enjoy recreational spaces in the form of a hard court and lawn area. New patio spaces will be created below an existing deck that will also connect the main living area with stairs. Lastly, a jacuzzi lounge will be created where a once underused patio existed. All this will be developed with a clean and modern aesthetic.
