Located in the Oakland Hills, for years this home's compact outdoor space has never been developed or useable. The task is to create areas for entertaining during the day and night for adults and the younger generation. The two spaces were originally unconnected the design of a retaining wall creates a cohesive connection where people can move back and forth between the spaces.
