This project is located high above the Berkeley Hills. It is for a young active family that enjoy outdoor entertainment with friends and their dog. The design is to develop useable outdoor space for the very steep hillside location. The intent is to create a large flat recreational space for the family, pets and friends to enjoy. Additionally, a the lowest deck will be redesigned to integrate with the lawn area and function as a lounge space for entertaining and relaxation.
