This is the third phase of a project started 2 years ago. This phase design addresses the need for an area which provides entertainment for family and friends . This is the biggest phase of the project. Included in the design is an expansive fire pit lounge area with built-in ipe benches, corten steel planters and a artificial lawn area for the family and pets. Also included is a outdoor jacuzzi & wrap-around deck area with an outdoor ipe shower. The guest entry to the project is thru a gate that leads to a sculptural rock garden. All this will be accented at night with LED lighting for evening use.
