A small front yard is transformed into a clean & modern secluded multi-use space for entertaining and recreation. Small spaces were developed into gathering spaces. The modern fence defines outdoor spaces while providing privacy and light to filter thru. Artificial lawn, a fire pit lounge area & a water feature provide multi-functional spaces. Contemporary materials, rock mulch, river stone, cast-in-place concrete, modern fountain, aluminum mow-strip & built-in wood benches, were installed. Bamboo, horsetail, ornamental shrubs & maples were installed to provide a modern aesthetic.
