To be designed around a magnificent Victorian, this project involves a blank slate to create a multi functional space for entertaining and personal space. To address the connection from the elevated kitchen, a stair/stoop combination will built. The addition of a fire pit lounge and outdoor dining area will provide opportunities for entertainment and private lounging. Creation of these spaces will provide the opportunity integrate the existing cottage. This design will provide year round use.
