The owners of this project live in a very steep hillside home. The only outdoor space is in the backyard on a very steep slope. The solution is to create a terraced deck to take advantage of the panoramic bay views. The deck will have areas for lounging & dining. Key is create a comfortable open feeling space for relaxation and entertaining, despite the hillside constraints.
