The project owners have a very traditional landscape that they want to replace to match with the modern aesthetic they have with their renovated interior space. The project requires a blank slate to achieve this. The compact nature of the backyard is developed to include a minimal swimming pool & integrated deck. It is also important the design accommodates spaces for out dining, a fire pit lounge for entertaining. Lastly, the owners want to keep an area for lawn and gardening. Modern plantings will provide interest and privacy.
