The design for this newly renovated contemporary home strives to expand on the outdoor living areas for the owners and their kids. The challenge is to maximize the horizontal areas as well and create a link between the back & front yard spaces. It is important there are ample areas for entertaining and areas for peace & quiet. Naturally, there will be noted areas for kid's recreation. Additionally, it is important to maintain the clean modern architecture to similar landscape concepts. More to come.
